Imagination Station
Imagination Station is a colorful, hands-on art adventure where creativity runs wild and ideas come to life. This fun (and sometimes wonderfully messy!) class invites students to explore a wide variety of artistic mediums while building confidence in their creative voice.
Students will experiment with Perler beads, acrylic and watercolor painting, jewelry making, mixed media projects, and more—all designed to spark imagination and encourage creative risk-taking. We’ll explore different techniques, styles, and ways to turn simple materials into meaningful works of art.
The year will culminate in a special photography unit, where a local photographer will visit to share tips and inspiration. Students will take their own photos, print them, and use them to design and create a personalized scrapbook to take home—a keepsake filled with their creativity and memories.
Imagination Station is a space to explore, create, get a little messy, and most importantly, have fun while discovering the joy of making something uniquely your own!
