This class is perfect for beginners with little or no sewing experience. No prior knowledge is required—just bring your creativity and enthusiasm!
Prerequisites: None
Homework: 1 -2 hours a week

Student provided supplies: Students will need a sewing machine. If you do not have a machine, this is an easy-to-operate machine which isn't too expensive: https://bit.ly/facesewingmachine
-Students will need a basic sewing kit. This needs to include fabric scissors, tailor's chalk/heat erasable fabric marking pen, seam ripper, tape measure, sewing gauge, straight pins, and a pin cushion. This kit is an example of what you will need: https://a.co/d/dhEyyON.
**Please, please, please make sure the scissors the student brings to class are fabric scissors, not regular scissors.** Nice to have, but not required: sewing clips and sewing snips.
Student will be responsible for providing all fabric, thread, and notions for projects. A list of upcoming projects will be provided before the first class.
Monthly Class Fee: $30
Supply Fee: $25 one time fee
Supply Fee Includes: Copies of all patterns. Class use of cutting mats, rotary cutters, replacement blades, rulers, irons, and ironing boards.
