Sustainability

This class will focus on the complex issues impacting our world. We will cover pollution, recycling, overconsumption, corporate responsibility, and more in this class. Be prepared to listen and discuss big problems affecting our world, as well as do hands on food preservation and repair projects as a class.

Student provided supplies: A posterboard for a display project, a notebook and writing utensils, access to documentaries for homework purposes

Supply Fee: $50 one time fee

Supply Fee Includes: Repair materials and ingredients for cooking and preservation projects
