Next Level You

Next Level You is an energizing, supportive bodywork class designed to help students feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies. This class blends yoga, Pilates, cardio, hand weights, resistance bands, functional bodywork, and guided meditation to create a well-rounded approach to physical and mental wellness.

Students will build strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance while also learning how movement, breath, and mindfulness support focus, stress management, and emotional balance. Rather than pushing for perfection or competition, this class emphasizes listening to your body, developing healthy habits, and finding movement that feels empowering and sustainable.

Next Level You helps students build a positive relationship with their bodies, increase confidence, and develop lifelong wellness skills they can carry into sports, school, and everyday life. It’s about moving with purpose, taking care of yourself, and learning how to show up feeling grounded, capable, and strong—inside and out.

Monthly Cost: $36

Supply Fee Type: Semesterly

Supply Fee: $30

Supply Fee Covers: Yoga mats, hand weights, resistance bands, a pull up bar, possibly a movement journal, access to movement videos. We will also possibly be able to bring in physical trainers to discuss healthy and safe workouts, and their health journeys. 

Student provided supplies: Please wear and bring deodorant, workout wear/athletic clothing, closed toed shoes, and a water bottle and an open and willing mindset! (If you want more than 5lb hand weights, you are more than welcome to bring your own for personal use) 

Pre-Requisites: Be physically able to do these types of movements without pain/disability. We can modify, but we don't want anyone to be in pain.
