Flow & Create

A joyful blend of movement, mindfulness, and creativity. Students will explore kid-friendly yoga and stretching and learn calming mindfulness exercises while incorporating simple arts & crafts. Through playful movement and creative expression, children will build focus, confidence, and relaxation skills from a certified children’s yoga instructor in a nurturing and engaging environment.

Prerequisites: Must be able to listen and follow simple directions.

Homework: 0

Google Classroom: No

Student provided supplies: Clothing that allows the student to stretch freely and does not restrict their movement. All other materials are provided.

Monthly Class Fee: $25

Supply Fee: $25 per semester

Supply Fee Includes: Arts & crafts materials, shared classroom yoga mats, props and accessories, disinfectant wipes for after every use.
