Karate

Karate offers the perfect combination of being active, educational and entertaining! During class students keep moving and stay busy, building their balance, coordination, strength, health and happiness. Self defense skills are instilled through a variety of fun drills and engaging training. In turn the self-confidence built this way empowers children to feel comfortable being themselves around others and to make good choices when faced with peer pressure.

Student provided supplies: Students are welcome to bring a bottle of water if they like.
