Kids Karate

Kids Karate builds life skills, reinforces belief-in-self and promotes exercise through engaging activities! Demonstrating focus, discipline and respect for others is a must in class. These same behaviors are strongly encouraged for use outside of the Karate class as well. Another benefit of training is that the self confidence students gain empowers them 

to act and be themselves comfortably around others. Sessions are also about improving balance, coordination and fitness, all accomplished through fun skill-drills, exercises and martial art related games!  1st graders need approval to join the class.
