Executive Skills Lab

Executive Skills Lab is a hands-on class for high school students who want to better understand how they work when it comes to focus, planning, time management, motivation, and follow-through.

Rather than teaching one “right” system, students will explore different tools and strategies through activities, discussion, and small experiments. The goal is to build self-awareness and a personalized set of strategies that can be used in school and daily life.

This class is discussion-based and experiential, with an emphasis on curiosity, flexibility, and practical applications

Supply Fee Covers: Printed materials and in-class activity supplies. 

Student provided supplies: Students may bring a notebook if they prefer to take notes ore reflections.
