Main Character Energy
Main Character Energy is a supportive, human-centered space—not a competitive one, where students are encouraged to show up as themselves and grow into who they’re becoming. This class is about building confidence without comparison, strength with compassion, individuality and self-awareness that helps students feel good about who they are.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to be the “main character” of your own life in a healthy, grounded way—learning how to understand emotions, regulate big feelings, and make responsible, thoughtful decisions. Students will practice skills while developing real-life tools they can use at school, at home, and in the world.
Through discussion, reflection, creative activities, and practical exercises, students will build:
Confidence and self-trust
Compassion for themselves and others
Emotional awareness and regulation skills
Responsible decision-making and problem-solving
A growth mindset and resilience
Life skills that support mental and emotional wellness
This class emphasizes feeling good about ourselves—not by being “better than,” but by becoming more aware, capable, and connected. Main Character Energy is a place to slow down, tune in, and better understand ourselves and the world around us through kindness, curiosity, and skill-building.
