Product Details
When children learn to recognize, regulate, and express their emotions, they build essential skills that support their well-being now and into adulthood. In this class, we’ll use Diane Alber’s beloved “Little Spot” characters—such as Anger, Sadness, Happiness, and Confidence—to help kids better understand their feelings in a fun and positive way. Through stories, discussions, and interactive activities, children will gain the tools to identify and communicate what’s going on inside. This not only helps them navigate big emotions but also makes it easier for adults to support them. It’s a win-win for kids and caregivers alike!
