Building & Beyond Lego

In Building & Beyond LEGO, students will explore a variety of engineering fields including architectural, mechanical, civil, and other types of engineering through creative, hands-on projects. LEGO building will be a major part of the class, but students will also experiment with many other building materials and design challenges beyond LEGO.

Our goal is to have fun building while developing foundational engineering concepts, problem-solving abilities, creativity, and teamwork skills. Students will learn through designing, testing, and improving their creations in an engaging and interactive environment.

Occasionally, students may have “fun work” or unfinished projects to continue or complete at home.

A few special projects throughout the year may require students to bring materials from home. Parents will be notified by email before these items are needed.
